Conference Exhibition
The Organizing Committee invites you to show case your organization/company to the delegates attending PHASA 2010 Conference. This is a marketing opportunity for your organization.
We anticipate that 250-300 delegates from academic institutions around the country will be attending this conference.
Exhibition information
Costs per exhibition stand: R7 000-00
Cost includes
- 2 delegates per stand
- Teas and lunch for the duration of the conference
- 1 x conference pack (includes bag and documentation)
Exhibitors will also be allowed to attend the conference; keeping in mind that at least one delegate must be at the stand at all times.

The exhibition stands will be set up in the tea and lunch venue together with the poster boards to ensure full exposure for all stands for the duration of the conference. Complete the online booking form after reading the guidelines and provisions for potential exhibitors as listed below.
General Information
- A table (1.8 x 900) and 2 chairs will be provided for each exhibitor
- Kindly be advised that no additional equipment will be provided for the stands. If needed, please request what equipment is required and a quotation for your acceptance will be mailed to you.
- Electrical points will be provided on request only (no additional costs)
- Parking will be free of charge and will be in a secured area.
- Exhibitors will have access to tea’s and lunches served

- Exhibitors will not be allowed to hang (prestick, nails, double sided tape, etc) any information in the form of posters/notices on the venue’s walls
- Additional equipment must be requested prior to set up
- Access to exhibition halls will only be permitted 29 November 2010 from 08:00am until 17:00pm.
